here is a pic of my ankle 5 weeks out from the marine corps marathon that I had signed up for. I did this on mile 9 of an 18 mile run and the same day that I was going on vacation to Las Vegas. I spent the whole week in Vegas on Crutches. Great fun anyway, got me out of some being forced to dance at night clubs by mrs Cobalt. Visited a few knife shops and relaxed with liquor and cigars, just how I like it.

Hope you're healin' up okay.
It is the USPS training facility. They train you in the event you get kidnapped by some angry customers. This excersize involved getting away from bad customers that cuffed me and chained me in the cellar.
the injury was last year in early september 4-5 weeks from the October marathon. I got off the crutches 10 days before the marathon and Ran it, albeit very slowly and painfully.
Ok, ok, actually I was trying to kick a BattleRat into a tree. I did this for 8 hours with my foot, hence the damage to me. I was injured by a swamp rat product, then I wiggled it and my foot broke. Just wiggled it mind you.
