Yes, but only paying members have access to the local image uploading that the forums provides (even with a paid account there's still a size limit to the photos).
Fear not, if you use a 3rd-party image-hosting site you can upload your images to one of those sites and then, using the 'image' button located above the text box used to make your posts, add the link to the image in the supplied text box and the forum will upload the image for you when you submit your post.
I use Imgur, I find it quite usable; even have a how-to put together here on the forums: https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/how-to-post-pictures-using-imgur-comprehensive.1504241/
