Remember this? It is from your original 7. You re did the edge after it chipped on me so I was wondering now that you are all fancy, could you re do this one for me so I can start using it again? By re do I mean get a new edge and return it to a Wharny. You rounded the edge on it then sent it back. I know it was some earlier work and that is why I ask now.

Cool Knife Haven't seen a new Wharnie in awhile. Not sure how fancy Jeremy is now, cause we don't get to see that, but his skills sho have improved :thumbup:

I'm sure he will take care of any problems you have
 
Well, it isn't new actually. It is one of the first seven knives that Jeremy made back in '08. It is a great knife but I know they are even better now. I want to get a new edge on it if it is doable. Jeremy let me know man. Thanks. Nice to be active here. Finally. Long time listener and I rarely post.
 
I might just need some sharpening tips but what I really want is the point back. You rounded it off and it is very serviceable but I am looking to get it back to the original look or closest thing to it. I will check to see if I still have your address from way back and try and get it out to you. Thanks man.
 
Sounds about right. It was being tested. Now I remember. I was camping and we were making holes in a drum to vent for a fire inside. It worked really well except for that one chip. And for that, I bought another knife from you. Can't wait to see what else you have coming out soon. Thanks J.
 
I just found the email thread we exchanged from back before I sent it to you. Good times. To be honest, I would do it all over again because I now trust the craftsmanship that you put into the knife and I trust the materials used. The fighter I bought from you has been through more hell than a drum I can tell you that much. And you know what? It still has an edge after only sharpening it a few times. in the past two years I have had it.
 
On its way today. Anything in California that you need that might be laying around and might fit in the box? LOL
