Hi All,
I recently acquired 2 of these blades I normally make my own (see the makers for sale area)
PHROBIS, U. S. MILITARY FIGHTING KNIFE BLADE. These blades were made by Buck Knives for Phrobis for the military's MOdel 9010 M. F. K. (Modular, All-purpose, Field Knife) used in Desert Storm in 1991. These blades have been tempered and have the original aggressive saw-tooth top
Any way they look clean and sharp, obviously never used and for the price i paid I am going to put some Scandi type handle on them. First of all there are no makers markes of any kind on them. And they are being sold as hardened and tempered. I have no reason to believe that they are not just wondering if any one has any info on them. here (hopefully) is the link to a picture.
