i think everyone can agree the RC5 is prettier and has better materials. As far as getting what you pay for, the only difference is some people dont like the BK handles, other than that both would stand up to any test. I have the BK2 and i most likely would not buy the rc5 because it would be pointless, cept that i want it. :D

BTW the bk sheath is great i dont know why everyone is hateing :P
 
Could you attach the pouch for the 5 on the Becker?

Hey jv or any one could you get a quick pick of the handles Like looking straight down one on the other? I'm not sure I like the curvy handles on the Becker reminds me of a orthopedic cane or something.
 
I have a BK2 but really want an RC(ESEE)-5. Maybe I should put the Becker in the wife's Jeep and I'll get the RC-5 for mine. That sounds like a plan. Anyway, I just upgraded my membership to post this pic (and to support the site. I find myself coming back more and more often to check in on things.) One of the first things I did with my BK2 was to remove the original handles and cord wrap it. It's not perfect, but it feels better in my hand and seems to give a more secure grip.

nice pics, absolutely love that BK2.. I actually like the BK2 more then the 5. Its a monster.. even the original handles are great......
