Don't have the latest version of the C14, but believe the most notable differences, aside from the steel, would be -
Atlantic has jimping on both the ramp and the choil, Rescue has jimping on ramp only.
Atlantic is available in yellow, Rescue in blue, both in black.
Atlantic is available in both plain and serrated edge, the Rescue in serrated (black) and part serrated (blue).
My suggestion would be go with the Atlantic Salt, unless you really want the a serrated blade. In my opinion, the jimped choil and total rustproofness of the H1 steel make the Atlantic the best choice, and the only choice if you favor PE blades.
