I voted for the stag #35 because how can you beat a stag handled knife on Thanksgiving?! (Or any other day).
But, I have them all good thought.
#81 offers the most cutting edge out of all the knives with two full sized blades. Food prep would be a dream with this one.
The White Owl is a perfect little pattern that oozes class in look and feel. The rust red has a nice holiday color tone to it.
The TC has chestnut bone scales, impossible to beat a Barlow for that classic traditional pocket knife and chestnuts roasting on an open fire anyone!?!?
#15 boys knife outfitted with the stainless blade is the obvious choice for avoiding that carbon steel taste that tends to happen when using your pocket knife for food prep, although I don’t mind if and the colors meat will put on a carbon blade is awesome.
I’ll have the knife I had in my pocket when I married my wife, a stag #72. Also the first knife I got after marrying that beautiful woman, a #66 stag stockman.
