It really all depends on what you want to do with it.
I have two End.. actually, three Enduras now that I think of it and I love them.
I just bought my first Manix 2 and its the black blade. I love it too. Its heavier and seems to be built like a brick **** house.
I don't however have a Sage so I cannot comment.
I carried the Enduras for a long time and still do from time to time. They take everything I've thrown at them and held up just fine. They are a staple Spyderco IMO and wouldn't sell any of them. The saber grinds are BEEFY and the balance of blade to handle is very nice. Almost one to one. They come in so many flavors, its really hard to not find one you like. Locks up great.
I just got the black blade Manix2 yesterday from everyones favorite pharmacy.
This thing is built VERY well. Its not my first ball lock, but my first with the caged ball and I like it, alot. Its not quite as user intuitive as the Axis lock, but I don't put it quite in the same role either. Im a fan. The blade and tip are great size and the handle is a ergonomic work of art. The blade is hollow ground so the edge is nice and thin. But thats one thing Im curious about. The overall package is a tank knife, but the tip is very thin and precise on the hollow ground version. I don't however see it being an issue as I've thumped thinner knives with weaker steel and never seem to break them. Think Leek.
I imagine the flat ground versions have a thicker and stronger tip if that worries you. Lets see... what else... Lock up. If you haven't felt the lock up on a ball lock, you will likely be impressed. That one thing I'll give it over my Axis locks. Even well cleaned, lubed and tight, some of my Axis locks can get play in the blade. My D'Allara has NEVER had that issue. Even after a tear down, clean and reassemble, it locks up like a bear trap with a solid CLINK when it opens.
Fit and finish on all of my Spydercos are amazing. My new Manix 2 is no different. Blades centered perfectly, the G10 is deep black and grippy. The DLC coating is perfectly even and a beautiful satin black. Its not as "flat" as my 710D2BK but it does the job equally well and I suspect it will last a little longer with use since there isn't as much of a porous surface to wear in like the BenchKote.
My advice is to buy all three.
