Picked up a new (to me) lock back

I went to a local shop today and picked up this knife. I have never heard of it before. The only stamps on it says "AURUM". It has "We the people" with gold plating. I have attached a few pics, could anyone give me some info on this maker/knife?

There is an Aurum Etchings co. in Texas.Contract knife to them probably. looks like a Remington.
