Hi, for sale is what I'm calling a pico chopper. Knife is in the style of a camp chopper, but with a 7" blade.
Blade is W2 tool steel, clayed and hardened in the Japanese style, to produce an extremely active hamon.
Blade is distal tapered for excellent balance and very sharp.
Fittings are heat blued W's pattern damascus and copper. Handle is curly maple, with a chatoyance that matches the hamon very nicely.
This is one of my favorite knives to date and I will be sorry to see it go. I wish I was a better photographer, as these pics do it no justice.
