. i gave them moras for chrismas early i know but want to let them enjoy before it gets to cold. here they are. proud as pops

With all of that limestone, did you gather any flint? Great for strike-a-light fires and making arrowheads!
 
Nice pics! I make it down to Hoosier National Forrest, not too far north of Bedford, whenever I can. I love that area. Find any good geodes?

yes for some reason they leave behind large stacks of rock like that. i guess the mineral content isn't right for there uses. i never inquire just leave it a mistury like the pyramids. yeah when the boys see me the first 2 ques. are do you have our knives and are we going for a hike i don't even get a hello.:D
