Man that bannock is making me hungry! Lots of great stuff here. I need to keep up on friction fire practice, and I haven't done flint and steel since I was in scouts. That Gossman is looking very well loved too

Great stuff Jake.

I look at all the recent posts allot of us have made and think back to a few years ago when were pretty green; and I feel proud. You and I have learned allot over the years and allthough we never met, I feel we have learned together all the same.

Keep up the great work brother!

Thanks my friend....

Man you aint kiddin. Weve learned a ton. Together. Im fortunate to be able to call some hardcore woodsmen friends.

After the hardwoods meet jcl-md and I were at my house talking before I took him up to the airport about how things come to be with how we started and where we are. I owe alot to bladeforums. Without this place I wouldnt have met some great friends online and in person, took some great classes, and have had the oppertunity to get dirt time with some real proffesional woodsmen. All to eager to share their tricks. Its funny how this thing can shape you over the years. Im definatly better for it.

Havent met yet.....yet brutha. Gosstoberfest will be here before ya know it, and I am stoked to meet the East coast crew.
