Pics of customized production knives

Ill have to try that myself sometime it came out really cool!

Leek-Freak ~ the spine filework and some kind of brushed coating on the blade. or that could just be from usage, ive never seen an SR1 thats got a blade coating.

Payus Really nice work on that Opinel, almost looks like a hamon

Hahahah, that's correct! I'll post some more as I finish it. Thank you for the compliment!

I did the pocket clip and pillars (also drilled lots of small holes in liner), and a local machine shop did the spine and flipper. The pocket clip was taken from a Sanrenmu (do not remember the model) and the pillars were taken from a Gerber Mini-Paraframe. I did not really like either of those knives so they made good donors. I may replace the pocket clip with something else as the room between the clip and the screws is not much and makes it hard to get out sometimes, but I hated how high the Skyline rode in my pocket.

The stock pocket clip is what turns me off from buying this knife, but the one you put on yours is very nice!

I've done a lot of pimping on my knives , but have taken few pictures and when I do they are terrible cellphone pics ! So a couple nights ago my fiance helped me take a bootyload of pictures of my knives in various poses to share with my fellow forumites. My goal is to post pic here every other night , maybe nightly.

Tonight's knife is my Kershaw JYDII Ti/SG2
