Wanted to something a little different with the mini grip. It's a 557 so I wanted handles that would match the straights and angles of the blade.

Does the yellow manix have an aluminum ball lock cage? If it does do you make them or know where i could possibly get one? I have been looking everywhere for one, i am willing to purchase one if i can have one made or find one... Please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you

Looks pretty good with some M4 ritter action too.

Wow, great work! I love your design, if you don't mind me saying....a little detail would be nice. Some decorative jimping...milled out recess for inlay...
Can you post a pic of the back where the lanyard hole is? Is there a spacer there?

It just has barrel spacers. I had meant to put the lanyard hole out closer to that back corner... but I forgot I wasn't making my normal shaped mini grip scales when I drilled it. No big deal though, this set is for me.

This features the custom full titanium PM2 scales from John Grimsmo. These are awesome scales! The quality of the machining and the fit is spot on. I tumbled then darkened mine with Oxi Clean and added an STR low ride clip that I oxidized to match.

Definitely my favorite thread I've found since joining. Right now I do Duracoating, but obviously have a lot to learn when it comes to all the other types of mods.

Here are a few pics of a couple ones I've done lately. The Persistence is my personal EDC knife; the Kershaw in "digital khaki" I wear to work sometimes; and the Tenacious was done as a x-mas gift.

Nice Manix. I need to order one so I can at with some scales....does the Manix have the same Pardue lock spring underneath? Pretty sure they don't.
