looks like there is a lot of stuff on spyderco's plate. Can't wait to see these new models.

I liked the looks of the Persian too! But, the Yojimbo in FRN?? I´ll still get it, but would prefer it with G10. Plus, still no Lynx/trakkr?

These are some interesting knives. I like the Paramilitary and the new Persian really looks like a worthy successor to the old Viele model. I just handled a D'Allara Rescue and put one on hold. I agree with some other posters in saying that the D'Allara handle would make a great platform for some other blade styles as well as the rescue style sheepfoot. Maybe I'll like it when I see one in person, but the Yojimbo doesn't do anything for me. Finally, I saw the new catalog at my dealer and the Centofante III (Vesuvius) will be made in Japan apparently, it has a VG-10 blade and my guess is that it shouldn't cost much more than a Delica. I'm really looking forward to that knife.:D

Did it state somewhere that the Yojimbo is FRN? Looks like blue G-10 to me in the pic.

Yojimbo has a G10 handle.
 
I'm off to pre-order the Yojimbo right now. I think I finally found something to rival the Lil' Temperance for out-of-state pocket time. 3" and legit in every state I normally go. I really like the small opening in the handle scale to access the compression lock. Looks like it will be hard to accidentally close. Oh yeah, and a flat grind too!
 
Is the Para-Military actually going to have the name on the blade?

I was really looking forward to this one, but there's no way that I'm going to carry a knife that says "Paramilitary" on it.

I'm not at all interested in the Yojimbo or the Chinook II, but I am really waiting on further development of the D'Allara platform; specificly other blade designs.

I really hope they drop a Native blade in the D'allara handle, and don't change anything else. That is the knife that I have been waiting for SPyderco to build.
