First is custom scales on my Grip by Igorded, full size with green micarta, and a mini with green ghost jade. Love em both. The 3rd is a emerson mini A100 with scales by sketchen

I have a lot of these, so I'll pick out a few. I'm a big fan of forum user sketchen's scales, you can see a small album of some of the work he's done for me here.

Homemade Nanocyl scales for the Spyderco. Homemade flat sheet titanium belt clip and blasted blade.

“Nanocyl” is a Carbon nanotube structural “hardener” for Epoxy, containing a very high number of Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes, it can make the actual Epoxy matrix up to 100% stronger.

Its a beaut. Big fan of my Southard as is with the coyote scale but that totally transforms the knife.

I have a ton of customized production knives, most of which can be seen here: instagram.com/brancron

CRK Tanto Umnumzaan (I call it Zaanto) with a rare factory polished blade, murdered by Chris Martin (Phantom Steelworks).

Nice stuff, Brancon what is that on your Insingo, looks amazing. It is on several others as well

It's a very old paper micarta. Great stuff. Hard enough to not require a liner.

I love paper micarta. I have it on my customized Spyderco Cat, it's fantastic stuff. I have my Sebenza out to Steve for a paper micarta job now, actually.

You have some gorgeous knives, and I love that some of the ones you've had customized weren't expensive knives to begin with. After buying some customs and mid techs, I think my sweet spot is "nice production model that can be customized". I use that paper micarta Spyderco Cat almost every time I'm in Chicago, and while it may seem silly to spend more customizing it than it cost to buy, I love the result.

That was their term; file work, polishing, flame anodizing. Love that knife, it looks amazing in person and actually feels great in the hand too.
Oh weird, I always thought the term murdered meant completely blacked out. How well does the polished blade hold up to use?

Ditto.

Murdered or rather 'murdered out.' Not that I would use an expression like that. Reason as evidenced above.

"Mudered out
When a vehicle has both black paint and black aftermarket wheels. The window tint should also be really dark and other aftermarket accessories such as black taillight covers etc. should aid in blacking out the ride.
That escalade is truly murdered out man.
