Pics of your newly acquired Becker knife

Omg yes I can. What a difference
Shop around I found my work sharp ko online for $129 oppose to chain store price of $149 and the blade grinder I think was $50 instead of $70...

Just practice on a few beater blades before touching the Beckers on it... For the blade grinder I've found keeping the 2 top pulleys close together gets better results than separating them...and adjusting the tension to be tight then using just the weight of the blade as pressure on the belt yields the best edge.

Got it will do. At first I was debating stones or diamond plate. Work sharp makes a nice diamond plate sharpener wit 3 plates and grind angle guides. But I like the work sharp. Been looking at them for awhile. Have you seen the work sharp field sharpener? That's looks cool

I bought the new diamond sharpener first and honestly didn't like it, I got better results from using sandpaper. The only nice feature was the tilting platform, but I was all in at $100 with upgrade kit, and just didn't like it. So I returned it and got the blade grinder attachment. Couldn't be happier I did.

The field sharpener on the other hand is great for touch ups when out in about.
