Oh yeah! This is a shout out to all you wild and crazy Spyderco owners. Post pics of your knives, be it in use or just laying around. Will start it off with a couple of Endura pics I took last week. Hopefully I'll have some paramilitary pics up soon, once I have the knife that is.

EDIT
I forgot about the other thread for pics. So maybe this one will be geared towards in use spydies. Be it food prep, wood work, whatever... Should keep this thread useful.

Not the best pic, but I like it. I've been messing around trying to get the lighting right, I'll get the hang of it at some point.

On a side note, does anyone like/love spyderco knives but still think they don't look good? I think they look pretty cool, not the best looking, but I do like the looks of them. Who knows...

Thats the army model firesteel and a spyderco manix up on top of the tundra above the snowline in the rocky mountains.

They are not ugly, but they are not gorgeous either. I like to think of them as a perfect balance of function vs. form

True. Some models are pretty cool and good looking, though the form/function theory is fitting.

From an Industrial Designer, they generally look "cool" not beautiful. This is because the balance of form/function is met by a mild aesthetic style.

That said, knives like the Kopa, Kiwi, Cricket, and Spin are beautiful.

It's just like many cars. The new Ford Mustang looks cool. It's not beautiful.

The Alfa Romeo 8C is beautiful.

Well said.

Good stuff. I will be sure to post some pics of my newly acquired paramilitary along with the endura, hopefully soon.

I've been trying out/carrying all three of these. the Caly3 is the only knife visible with the deep wire clip. Not sure there's anything all 3 of these couldn't handle
