Picture help

I have read and read I just don't get it. Would someone please tell me step by step how to post a picture here. I can do a thumbnail but not a full size pic.
Also I'm a little computer stupid
 
I use photobucket.com. Create an account there (no charge) and upload pictures. Then run your curser over the picture you have uploaded and a drop down menu will show up. Choose the img file and copy and paste it into the thread you want the picture in. When you post it the picture will show up.

That is what has worked for me.

Okay, so it sounds like you've managed to upload the photo and get the thumbnail at the bottom of your post. You can work with that in a similar way that SDS described with files stored at another site. Once you have your file uploaded do a preview post. You will see you file's name in blue in the attached images section. Double click on it. Another browser window or tab will open up with it in it. Select the entire URL (the line at the top of the browser that starts with http://) and copy it. Now go back to your posting input window (where you're typing your message.) Go to the top of the input window where all the font formatting stuff and icons are. Click on the little mountain icon. That brings up another input box with http in it. Overwrite that by pasting in what you copied from the other window and click ok. Your photo will be inbedded directly into your post where ever your insertion point was.

I'll say my method of it, and my understanding of the situation.

If you already have pictures uploaded to a hosting site:
Either find the url for the direct link to the picture, or start clicking on the picture to bring it's largest size, until the url is the most direct link. Copy and paste that into tags.

If you're talking about uploading directly to bladeforums, upload it as usual, then preview your post, and click on the attached pictures to bring them up in a new tab/window. Copy the link to them and put them in [IMG] tags. It's a lot of work sometimes, but it gets the job done.
 
e-mail me if you cannot still make it work from the above post . I am also computer stupid and may be able to help . Tec-sec had to walk me thru it .
