nice! glad you got your knife. here's one of mine. Toby's Knife in maroon micarta.

Hmm,my first shotgun was an 1100,great guns & a lot easier on the shoulder than an 870.

My Urban Spike Hawk arrived today and sports the same green canvas micarta as my CC/S though as you can see, a 6 month head start involving sweat, oil, and a lot of sun has darkened the knife considerably. I'm looking forward to the hawk catching up.

Nice - that is surprising how the knife handle changed color like that. Your hawk came out very nice! Congratulations!

I got home from work tonight and ViKtim #5 was waiting for me. I'm practically speechless. It is unbelievable! Thanks John!

And a couple more will be joining the family soon. :D

Nice! Congrats on your viKtim; it's a great knife! I look forward to seeing the knives you have on order come to life.

best

Thanks Todd.
Tried to take a squirrel apart the other day and it wouldn't cut it. Figured it was time for a new edge.

Ha. Good idea. :)

that's what i was waiting for in my pic above. i went to chase geese, but i expected i was not going to find any. i decided to set a bit and see what showed up. I saw two squirrel, but neither gave me a chance.

This weekend is the opening weekend for partridge, so looking forward to that.

I just got this one in a trade, cleaned it up a bit and did an orange "forced" patina on it. I don't know much about it other than I was told it was #2 of 3. Feels great in the hand and is very hefty!

I recognize that knife but can't remember from where, looks like a tough tool though.

This was waiting for me when I got home last night. Love it so much. Can't wait to take it out this weekend.

That is a beautiful knife and a fantastic picture.

Ooh, ya'll, I gave the handle a light coat of mink oil. You should see it now. The burl really "pops". Just beautiful. Will post some pics when I get her out this weekend.
