And so it begins....Received my first JKs today: Galley Wag and Tin Knife.
Immediately cut up the first thing I came across which was an apple. I'm thinking the GW is going to be great in the kitchen and in camp. Can't wait to use it for real, hopefully tonight. Tin knife is going in a PSK I'm putting together.
I'll post some more pics and a review later when I can put them to use, but for now, I'll just leave this here and say I'm happy to own a couple of John's knives now:
Thank you.....wow. love the stag myke. that is awesome!

And thank yous toos.and that, is how you do that!![]()

Cool pics. I hope you enjoyed the trip. I know how much I love it out there.Made it back from our road trip yesterday. Unfortunately didn't have much use for my JK's on this trip, but the DBH was beside me every night in the tent. The wardens had to put down a bear in the same campground a week before we stayed there, so you could safely say I was a pretty light sleeper out there.
Here is my Trapline at our campground..
And my JK cap (Thanks John!) at Yellowstone Lake. That hat stayed on my head pretty much the whole time I was conscious.
You may be able to see that yellow color on the lake shore. It was everywhere in the park. Pretty sure it is just pollen from all the pine trees in the park.
Cool pics. I hope you enjoyed the trip. I know how much I love it out there.
wow. where is this Coop?
