Pictures a must in "For Sale" threads?

Why aren't pictures mandatory when posting a sales thread. So much confusion and miscommunication can be averted with a couple of well taken photos. When there are vague descriptions of the condition of a knife or no description at all photos can take the guess work out of the situation.

Most everyone has the ability to take a picture whether it's with a camera or a phone. And there's plenty of free sites to host your pictures theres really no excuse not to be able to post pictures. I really don't see why a rule like this shouldn't be implemented. Think it would save many deals gone wrong and just be a good thing for the buyer and seller. Buyers will have accurate descriptions of the knives they want to buy and actually see the exact knife there buying. And sellers will have more detailed for sale threads thus increasing there chances to make a sale.

So what say you. You want pictures to be a mandatory feature of a for sale thread? Or is it better off the way it is?
 
But do understand also.. Its a Preference.. And not every person is Fully Computer savvy..Its not manadatory, becuae if you are sincerely interested you will take the TIME to send a pm or correspond via a specific email
Does it help OF COURSE..
But as a long time member here I simply see some folks that prefer not to and 90% of them that post them every sale/trade
Is it a good sales/trade tactic
Sure is.. But you often see the same members not posting pictures-
And especially NEW folks that just need to get a feel for things..
Hoping my 2 cents help in some way
