On my next trip to Russia I will take all pictures of manufacturing process, so we will see everything step by step.

How about I tag along ,I will pay my own way but write it off as a "business" expense?
That is a beautiful set up! The knife shop looks a lot like the diamond cutting shops where I live. You can also see them doing other metalwork besides knives. Fascinating.
