Decided to put a spin on this otherwise dead topic and change the title for a more interesting discussion.
 
Rod Olson Quick Flick in RWL 34. It's not a Knifeart.com exclusive, but that's the only place I've found it. Smoothest flipper I've ever encountered thanks, in large part, to the fact that it incorporates Brian Tighe's STBS thrust-bearing system.
 
A brad southard custom. Fits both the qualification of both rare and smooth. Dave curtis F3 is also an incredible flipper.

And it's called Quick Flick, not Quick Flip. :)
 
Two more guys who make awesome flippers are Tim Galyean and Ken Onion. The Junk Yard Dogs are hard to beat flipper-wize.. And I've never held one but I've never heard a bad word about Boguszewski either.
 
I see. I hear the Ken onions are quite good as well. But apparently, RJM is crowned the king of flippers. Anyone can back up this claim?
