That's a serious EDC! I'd pay to be at your office when someone asks "anyone got a knife?" and you whip that mutha out.

A serious answer to the baldric question is that a baldric is a belt that goes over your shoulder from which you suspend a sword. It goes from one shoulder to the opposite hip. The Romans usually hung their gladii on the right side and drew them with their right hands, a complex move that was required by the huge body-covering shield, the scutum, that they held close to their bodies. Only officers, centurions and up, wore them on the off side.
