Just some advice, hang a whole lot of fluorescents in there to really light up the room. More light -better finish.

Way to clean for a knife shop. I think it's photoshopped.
Nice shop what dimensions? I'm thinking about building a dedicated knife shop and don't really knwo what size to go with.

Go with the largest shop that your local zoning laws will allow!! Trust me, you'll fill it up.
