I am voting that it is not the same blade... Just sent back to CRK and got a clip point blade fitted.

Haha, I would be a magician if that was the same blade. I was lucky enough to find someone who had a used clip point blade from a regular. Amazingly, it fit right in. Locks up perfect. I'm very happy with it!!

I was wondering if that was the same blade or not. Now that I know "the rest of the story", I still think you did a great job on it.
 
Leadchop, I'm so glad your NICA Regular turned out so well. I have a PJ large Regular (S30V) and a PJ small Regular (ATS-34). I use both for work. They are some of my favorites, especially my large, which is smoooth.:)

Would CRK do a re-blade on a Regular using the current S35VN blades? (I'm guessing they wouldn't.)
