I'm bored waiting to celebrate St. Patrick's day, so I figured I would post some pictures of some Paracord gear I just got for my Busses.

All together. I am really psyched to have a Paracord Belt now):

Thanks for the compliments! I love the gear that Barnes makes. I think just about all of my knives have something from him on them.

Magoo is correct on where to get a D-Guard like the one I posted. I'm pretty sure Chuddy Bear makes leather D-Guards as well. Barnes doesn't list belts for sale because they take a while to make. He made me one because I gave him an extra NMSFNO sheath. The site is still a work in progress and maybe someday I'll convince him to let me put his belts on the site.

Pleasure, wolfdad. I think a lot of us have Barnes Bands bookmarked ! ;)

I AM LIKING THAT !!! D-Guard is a perfect way to go. Thanks for the bookmark!!!

Yeah, I couldn't think of a better knife to have a D-Guard on it than the ASH, plus it fits perfectly in the sheath with the stainless clevis clips. Definitely a perfect addition to a perfect knife. I had one on my SFNO LE, but I regrettably sold it. I know, I know, no regrets...I think that should only apply to blades you buy, not blades you sell.

I just purchased a D-guard and a couple of lanyards for my Busse's and received them in a couple of days and the workmanship is awesome

Well, if you ever get stranded on a island you could probably weave up a cabin with all that 550 in that belt! Great pics and gear! Jealous...

Thanks for the kind words! Glad you ordered some stuff. Barnes is dr. Paracord.

The belt has like 60-80 ft of paracord I think, but I can't remember exactly. It is really awesome and saves me a lot of room in my BOB. The other really cool thing, and another sign that Barnes is a genius, is that you can take apart half of the belt to use as cord and still have a functional, albeit thinner belt. Pretty cool!
