both of mine have been flawless i ccw them in cooler weather in the summer i carry the pt709 lite and easy too pack in the heat lol!

Sometimes I'll throw in a BK-14 instead of the Phat Bob depending on where I am going that day.

Those dyed Phat Bob scales look great! Never even thought about doing that but might have to now.

My Batman wallet (my strange obsession), 550 paracord bracelet, the ferrocium rod and fresnel lense fits perfectly in my wallet, keys with solar powered LED light, Leatherman Sidekick, and ZT 350 or BK 11 with ferro rod.

Those scales are not dyed. I have done nothing to them. That is just how the picture came out.

If you dye yours I would to see them tbough.

this is whats been riding on me minus my wallet, then I carry a bunch of other stuff in a blackhawk 3 day pack in my car.

Heavily modified Cold Steal Kudu, Gerber Mini Paraframe, a little knife I made, Stauer Ti watch, Cheapo Pakistani folder (absolute crap, but it's sharp), and the Campanion (for heavy cutting days):thumbup: I almost always wear the watch and I always carry one or more of the knives. I really need to get a good folder.:(
 
So I change my EDC probably more often than many of you change your underwear - so here is the most recent version. This is my bag I carry to work at the moment. I hate the bag, but I like the size it is. I don't have my water bottle pictured - but I assure you it's part of this set up, as is my cell phone used to take the pics. So my work bag is not as wilderness focused, but I have a pretty cool go bag at my desk that is focused on urban survival - more first-aid related n stuff.


Ugh I hate this bag but love it at the same time.

For knives, I always carry my Skeletool as well as one of the others, typically (these days) the ZT 0560.
