Pictures Of Your WE Knives

I keep forgetting to post these over here. This is the WE Snick with a homemade ricotta pie.

Forget the knife, send me some of that damn pie!

That got eaten in a hurry.

I only get stuff like this because I married an Italian. My wife makes if three different ways. The crust always gets a little almond but the ricotta mixture can flavored or scented in different ways. Much like in the traditional French Madeleine, rose water was the accent of choice before vanilla was widely available. That is my favorite way.

I posted this in the release thread but it belongs here too. While I wish there was a version with non-coated hardware, they really nailed it with the blade finish. I love how this kind of rougher stone wash sparkles gently in the sunlight. It also hides wear better than lots of other finishes. I'd be happy to see more blades finished this way from WE.

I carried my WE Mote today. It's a tiny knife but amazingly comfortable in hand for what it is. I'd love to see a full-sized or "XL" version of the Mote.

I initially stayed away from this model because the shiny back spacer stuck out like a sore thumb. What convinced me to take the plunge was a 50% off coupon for modding services at Way of Knife. I decided to go all in with matching scales and back spacer in stonewashed green. I also had them increase the size of the sharpening choil because it was a little crowded in that area.
