Pictures on posts

Could someone please tell me how to post pics from ''My pictures" to my post (Windows XP). Do I need to be a paying member? Please help and Thanks in advance.

You need to be a paying member to upload directly from your computer. But the easier way is to open a Photobucket account. Photobucket will provide each picture with a URL complete with tags for you to copy and paste into your post.

Photobucket also has organizing and editing tools for your pictures.
