3/4. I’m gonna say an electrician didn’t do it. There was either SO cord or romex inside of it, can’t remember.3/4 or 1 inch? Why not just do it in EMT and make it look good. They even make mandrels so you can bend pvc without heat. Might have been a maintenance guy... Sometimes they don't even bend the conduit. Just run a straight piece where there should be an offset.
I need to start taking pictures of all the hack work I come across...
