Got two parts to the answer:

First, as a registered member, you can post a picture of a knife by uploading it to a web hosting site. Once uploaded, copy the web address of the picture. Then go to your post and click the picture posting tool on the toolbar. It's the one next to the smiley tool. That gives you a popup. Paste the web address into there.

Second, sorry, but as a registered member you are not permitted to ask questions of valuation. Too many people were using that to advertise that they were selling a knife. Selling requires a Gold or higher membership.
