Pierce brosnan may be one of us...

he must have forgotten it was there. I really think we make too much a deal about these things
I also feel sorry for concealed carry holders who rush for a flight and forget their pistol is on them and end up in a lot of hot water.
I remember going through Heathrow security a few years ago and when I emptied my pockets my Bed and Breakfast key came out of one of the pockets.
The key was chained to a piece of oak about 3 inches by 5 inches and I still forgot it was in my pocket.
Luckily it had a note saying to drop in any letterbox if forgotten and the security girl said she would do it for me

Apparently he was stopped at Burlington International Airport . . . didn't even know such a small city had an international airport. Was he going to visit Bernie Sanders or does he just like cold lakes?

He's James Bond, man! You'd think he could do a better job at hiding his weapons :D

Thank God, I'll sleep better at night knowing he's been disarmed....................did TSA run out of 4 year old kids to fondle this week?

My guess is that he got that knife as a present and he didn't want it to be lost during baggage handling. If he does have a few knives I would love to see them.

please say it was something cool !!!!
i'd be gutted if it were a bear gryls knife or some p.o.s .
apparently he was pretty upset that they took it away .
put it in the bin for the crusher jimmy we just made the world safer /s.
bunch of knife hater loonies .

Now I wonder what kind of a knife Bond carries. I suspect it's Busse, in case he needs to cut a car in half.

Thank you, TSA, for saving America from utter destruction at the hands of one man with a knife.

Guys, he's passed the torch. In retirement, 00's are limited to 9" knives in their carry-on's. Read a book. Jeeeeeeez.

I'm pretty close to Burlington, and about a week ago I delivered a 10" (ish) OAL standard hunter to a guy who was giving it as a gift...love to see the knife he had.
I hope it wasn't the one I made. Had some really nice walnut on it.

amateurs. they missed the 10 other blades hidden in his lapel, sleeve, belt buckle, left shoe, right thigh, even the one stuck into his hair.

Maybe it was a prop from "Seraphim Falls".
