Legal almost everywhere in the states. Does not lock back and does not have assisted opening. A classy yet classic and very usable design for the discerning knife collector or user. The steel used is an amazing European blend specifically designed to retain an edge and resist potential rusting.
Highly recommended and at a very good price. Shipping included, will ship too Canada, and the lower 48 states. Sorry, but due to increased issues with postal services and customs I wont ship outside of these areas.
