The HH model of the Nine was specifically developed in response to the old Hog Hunter magazine..... Should work like a charm if the 870 jams....LOL.....

Never know might get to test out a becker knife in the near future. This guy showed up on my trail cameras last month, along with 15 others, there is fresh logging behind my land driving the hogs to my natural spring.

 
course, without besmirching meister becker...

steve johnson also has a real good sticker of pigs :D

well, to keep the 500 pound hog, from running up the pole whilst skewered, and then chewing through your chest to your innards, before it too dies, and collapses on you :)

apparently the classic thing to do was brace a long with, with cross brace, against a tree, and let the hog charge you :D

the hog often loses... but sometimes you do too...

BK7 would be my first choice but the 5 wouldn't be too far behind. I've never seen or handled a 9HH but I'm sure it would leave an impressive wound channel. :thumbup:
