This is my Pikal design. This one is going to a friend of mine. Cutting edge is just over 3.5". Made of 5/32" thick CPM 154 with satin finish. Slabs are black canvas micarta with stainless steel flared tubes. OAL is 8.0". Thanks for looking!

In the first two pictures it looks almost like a carbon fiber weave.

As a proud Spyderco P'kal EDCer, I like your work (lol as if that somehow qualifies me to critique it...)
 
i have seen a few of these, what would be the purpose of a knife with a reversed blade? it looks good and all, but what could it do better, different etc?

wouldn't a cut away from the user have more strenght/power etc?
