Thanks to Phil's (pso) big help and nathan's also on his thread about his VFD I have almost completed my upgrade. I only have the control box to wire and doing some tweaking on the VFD. But I tried it a little and it is sweet indeed. I thought I'd share a few pics of where I am at. Enjoy!

Great job pad! That's a great looking setup. I like your collection system as well. It's a fun time once it's all working. Congrats!!

Damn Pad, nice setup. I need to take my exhaust system that seriously! All 3 of your grinders on the bench there plug into your VFD?

Dang, I thought I had the only tool box equipment panels.
Nice setup. I like the filters. I would add a small computer fan on the bottom .

Wow ,very nice.Looks like a operating room. You need to dirty it up a little.:p
Just kidding.

Holy dust collection Batman!

So, when are you going to start using all that pretty equipment? :)

Interesting approach to the grinder on the right
- what size tubings did you use and can we see more pics ?

Thanks for the good words. It will be nice to have it operational finally. I will do my best to dirty it up good. :D Now I feel the pressure to perform tough. :(

Vorpal, only the KMG and disk grinder plug into the vfd. The other grinder is 110V.

Stacy, I will see if the VFD's fan does the trick, if not, I will add a fan in there.

Nathan, yes the window is coming. ;)

Steven, some 2", 1.5" and 1" tubing there. (3/16 wall). Here is the only pic I can find for now.
