Pin stock supplier?

After learning a thing or two about pinning wood scales to a blade, I'm planning to do a Cutler's Rivet on my first knife.

So, I need some pin stock, and also the material to make the washer through which the pin will fit.

Can anyone recommend a source for such things, or point me to a forum that lists that info?

The heavy washers and the pin stock can be purchased from many knife suppliers, and a lot of hardware stores sell the parts, too.
