Pinched washers.

How do u know if you have pinched a washer after re assembly.

The blade isn't smooth opening or closing...it is in a bind. It may also be tighter opening or closing. Essentially you have the washer pinched in between the bushing and the frame.

It will be very tight almost impossible to open.

if you pinch one it's very hard, feels wierd
if you reassemble it again and the washer is damaged it does not feel smooth

Be sure to make sure the washers come out the same way they came in, polished side on blade and rougher side towards the ti, I have done that once after I polished the washers was expecting a nice glassy opening and it was even worse then before I quickly realized what I did flipped them the right way and Bam smooth as glass
