Pink Izulas? When?

Should be any time now at the dealers. They shipped from RAT before SHOT show. Check Chestnut ridge knife shop, two wolves outdoors, or Knives Ship Free. 3 very reputable companies......
 
Mine arrived today. Nice little knife although I had a helluva time getting the knives out of the sheaths the first time. I suspect that this was brought on due to newness and single digit temperatures during transport. Happy! :thumbup: :)
 
We do a 4-foot drop test on our Izulas since they will be carried upside down. Most folks want to pull the knife from the sheath. That's the wrong way to do it. All of our knives are made to be "thumbed" out of their sheath. Put your thumb on the sheath and push with your thumb while pulling with the fingers wrapped around the knife. Insert the knife and remove it a few times and it will be good to go.

Yeah, I knew about the thumb draw but it was still very difficult to draw the first time. It had been sitting in the mailbox and USPS truck in single digit temps so I suspect that the sheath was stiffer than normal when I attempted to draw it immediately after bringing it inside. It's alright now. I'm very pleased with the Izulas (ordered one for a bud) and I'll likely order more. Thanks for your speedy feedback. :)
