Definitely a Kershaw Leek or the Spyderco Delica.

+1 The ffg delica is an awesome edc blade. I think if you're more into ergonomics and grippiness, go with the delica. If you prefer a slimmer package, the leek may be better. I do backstage work as well and the delica has been great for most tasks. Another good choice (although it doesn't come in pink) is the Kershaw Skyline.
