Hello Gents,

Well it finally happened, my Spyderco addiction got the best of me!

Actually, I'm collecting a few Spydercos for the most important person in my life my daughter.

She's still young, just five (turning six soon) but if I've learned anything in the knife world it is this:

If you see it, buy it. Might not be around as long as you think.

So far this is what I've got, a Pink E4, D4 and Jester all plain edge the way I like them.

You may have also noticed a Pink Waved E4 there also, it is not a photoshop trick.

Thank you Mr. Blonde for your excellent instructions on the current lego E4/D4.

Now all I need is a Pink Native and a Pink Ladybug or two . . . maybe a pink Cricket . . . oh oh ;)

Not to be mean, but a six-year-old girl whipping out a pink waved endura creates for an extremely amusing mental image.
My dad started me out on spydies young too, but that did create for some awkward teenage years where I wanted to buy knives for myself but couldn't. (legally)

She's got a few years before the Waved Endura get into her paws ;)

First is the Jester and that's not for a few more years yet.

I recently bought a Pink Delica 4. Now.... I never thought I'd like a pink knife but they are some classy looking colors. I also threw on a black clip to make it just a tad less "girly" and a little more "tacticool"

I dont know if you saw this http://tinyurl.com/czclor  but pretty cool set, a little too much money though.

Thx for the link Cosmo

The price is a little steep for my wallet but at least it's going for a good cause.

I've saved Pink Delica and a pink Native for my daughter. She is just 3 (soon 4) so she has to wait a while and be able to use a fixed blade before she gets one.

I got my first knife when I was 5 and that went well:rolleyes: :D
