Haven't seen anyone mentions these yet. Pretty cool.

I was sitting here thinking how odd it would be to have a SWISS army knife to celebrate the US 250th and then I saw the post about the price tag. That is twice the price to spray some want to be sort of stars and stripes on it.

Get out.
 
It's nice looking and I love Victorinox products, but I don't commemorate America with things that aren't made in America.
 
I bought one not as a user or collector, but as an investment. They are currently selling on the bay for between $270 and 410
 
Meh. I’d buy one used for 10% off in a few years for fun. Not particularly original, TBH.
 
I think these are great looking, and wish I had purchased one.

The yearly limited edition color Alox Pioneer X sells for about $90 now, so an extra $35 for stars and stripes seems reasonable.
