Here's the first one for 2011. Forge welded using the traditional wrap around method. Mild steel with piece of file for the cutting edge. Turned brass bowl. Simple wiggle engraving on the head and the bowl. Head is sealed with leather gasket. Handle is from curly maple with traditional oil and wax finish. Handle is drilled and ready for smoking. Inlaid brass wedding bands. Pewter mouth piece. Bands and mouth piece also have engraving. Brass end cap with file work and engraving. Clean out plug made from deer antler.
