I sent a PM to you asking YOU to not clutter my FS thread which I had every right to do since you had no right to comment, a clear violation of the rules. Which you proceeded to respond in a nasty way and called me a dimwit.

And sorry if I'm not understanding here, so basically you are saying because you didn't like the way I pointed out you violating rules and request that you not to post on my thread, that gives you a license to not comply and continue to violate those rules and post again after a mod already deleted your first post? And then continue to harass me via PM, wait three days, and start harassing me via PM again? So because you didn't like the way I asked, you get free reign to do whatever you want?

Do you realize how ridiculous your logic sounds? You have absolutely no highground in this matter. You don't get to break into my house and then cry about me punching you in the face. And it certainly doesn't give you the right to come back to my house three days later, throw a brick through my window and ask the cops to arrest me for assault because this time I broke your arms and legs.

So, AGAIN, what is your explanation for sending me more unsolicited, unprovoked troll emails again, out of blue after three days? You seem to be avoiding that question.

For someone who originally intended to ignore all of this, I wonder if it's really worth it to keep biting ?.... The comment in the sales thread was at least informative and was harmless, even if it broke the rules. The pointless reaction to that comment seems to be the actual problem.

5-6 the initial day this occurred. Then again 2 earlier today when he started messaging me again for no particular reason, except to stir the pot some more. That's what lead to me starting this thread today, I wanted him to quit PM'n me. I have him on ignore now, but even on ignore, I can still see when he posts. And since he has been threatening me saying he is gonna get me banned for using profanity in my reponses to his troll PM's, I've felt compelled to stay vigilant on this topic. He seems to be trying to play the "he's using profanity and I'm a much older member of this forum" angle, to excuse his violation of forum rules and his right to harass me unprovoked.

I let it go three days ago. Today out of the blue I get wacked in the face again, followed by threats stating he is a long-time member and he is going to use my responses to his troll PMs to demonstrate I used profanity to get me banned. I am just being vigilant because HE is clearly not letting it go. I don't want to sit around only to find out later that I got banned because I didn't make sure the truth was known.
 
The post in the sale thread was removed, end of story. There is nothing like the big deal going here you clearly want there to be.....You would have been much, much better off putting him on ignore than romping into this thread like you have.....

You have massively over reacted to just about everything here it seems so I think I know what's likely to be going on. I would think this is best just left alone now, this thread is not having the intended result you were perhaps hoping for. Threads like this often leave the OP looking very much like they would have been better to just deal with any situation privately or much more quietly. :)

If he is well versed enough to know where to find production numbers, and is plugged in enough to price his recently sold Barlow at a market rate of $225, I find it very hard to believe his story that his post in publishing a very average production number on my for sale thread as him trying to helpful. In fact it is my contention that it was his intention to do the exact opposite.

Besides that, lets give him the benefit of the doubt. Let's say he is not at all plugged in to understand these things. He certainly hasn't demonstrated that with his continued unsolicited and unprovoked, antagonizing PM's to me, three days later. And even if it was all innocent, it still doesn't change the fact that all this would not be an issue right now if he would have just complied with the request to follow the rules. There's certainly no plausible deniability there. He was asked to not continue to post, and he did. He has been told to not PM me, and he continues to send troll PM's. It's easy for you to believe the "aw shucks" story he is trying to sell you, because you're not the one having to deal with the fallout of his posts and unsolicited troll PM's

Ok, I'll make you a deal, you don't post on this topic which doesn't matter to you and then I won't need to elaborate.

My only purpose with this thread is to make sure Pipeman knows that I won't let him get away with his antics.

As I say, people should think carfully about their motivations for threads like this, it often has an unintended outcome. This does indeed have nothing to do with me, you're quite right. You did post it in a public and open forum though and I and eveyone else here can read it and post in it as we please..... while there is really nothing solid posted in here to read, there are lots of things that give the peanut gallery ideas and opinions to come away with.

So, why continue to post? Aren't you doing what you're accusing me of doing? The difference being, I'm a principal involved this matter and am affected by it, you just want to argue it.

Yes, my intention WAS to call out Pipeman publicly, to let him know his BS antics would not go unchecked. I explained to you why I believe it was not innocent and if you don't care, then why bother posting in the first place?

Mods have the info with the timeline and the facts. I am locking this thread now.
