Pipes and Traditional knives (cigars welcome)

Won't be many nights left to enjoy my favorite cigar:thumbsup:

How do you like that Xikar XO? I've been tempted to pick one up, but been able to justify the price yet.
Hey man the XO is great, maybe not $100 nice but I feel Xikars cutters are worth the price with the services and warranted they include. My experience with their lights has been disappointing though, keep coming back to my $12 JetLine. Always carry a good traditional pocket knife as a backup though!

I think the claims on tobacco addictions are greatly exaggerated. About half year ago I just suddenly felt like the pipe smoking doesn’t bring me any joy or pleasure any more. In fact, it started to taste disgusting. The hobby lasted me less than a year. Now I don’t feel like smoking cigars either. Weird. I have ever since sold my pipes.

I’ve seen ‘em on sale a few times and almost picked one up, but never pulled the trigger. I love Xikar cutters, but I’ve always just used the X8, which you can pick up for less than $20. I have a dual-flame Xikar lighter; never had any problems with it.

:D :D

For those that might be interested, Rough Rider has an inexpensive pipe knife/tool now (called the Pipe Doctor). Was looking at the AG Russell version but shied away from the cost.
