pistol for squirrel hunting?

I have a Mark II and the Single Six. Either is sufficiently accurate for hunting...assuming you are too. The Single Six gets my vote though. I shoot that gun better than anything else I own.

Mine, too.

I have a very old Ruger standard (bought in the '60s) and a new model single six (bought in ~1980).

The single six is plenty accurate for hunting.

This S&W has been used for small game with excellent results.

These aren't edible unless your starving. The pistol was a sig hammerli trailside which is very accurate. The two guns from the op are nice ones also.

Edible? Sure ! All you need is a little "Shake n' Bake"..........and you can help !!

:D

Either one of those Ruger pistols should work just fine. Handle both and see which you like best. I went with a Single Six Convertible and rather like it. Please let us know what you deside.

I have a Browning Buckmark with a 10" bull barrel with a nice little Burris scope - I have shot 1/2" groups off the 25 yard mark (not often!). If I am going out on a woods walk, I take my Colt Woodsman Match Grade - iron sites - it is not quite as accurate as the Browning, but alot easier to carry.
