Pistol question???

nothing useful to add, except I grew up on H&R long guns- 22s and shotguns. Man, I love those things, just ugly enough you can beat them in the bush, but shoot every bit as good as any of the top dollar guns.

Does anyone know what the model number is or where is it located????????

IG I didn't read all the posts and I wasn't sure which one you had by the web site..
is yours a 5 shot or a 6 shot?
I have what they called a postal pistol by H&R that the post offices use to use many years ago for protection behind the counters , the barrel on mine is about 1 3/4 "
no S# on this one either
, unless it's under the handle slabs.. this was old when I got it at around 12 year old.. 40 years ago

opps I just looked at your picture, I was on another puter and couldn't see it..
your is the same is mine but your barrel might be a little longer..

Dan, the barrel on mine is 3 1/4" and a six shot. The numbers under the slabs are 70 6/6 33. Does that make any sense???????

nope, sorry IG:
I got the info on mine from an old collector that has long since past away..
I'll see if I can get a minuet and take mine apart to see what it says..
mine is in good shape as far as looks go,, but it's workings are looser then a sack of snakes.
I think I'd trust my 9MM first :) or my pen gun, you've seen that one.. the trouble with that one is you could almost hit the inside of a barn standing on the inside :D

If I can't tighten up the tolerances on it, it will become a paperweight.:grumpy:
