pivot over screwed on thumb disks

is it possible that one can damage the blade after constantly tight the pivot up?

cuz sometime the crew loosen a bit.
 
You might scar the washers a bit by over-tightening the pivot and forcing the blade to open and close, but I don't see how you'd actually damage the blade. The best solution would be to use some blue Loctite on the pivot screw. Add a small amount of blue (only blue) Loctite to the threads, get the pivot adjusted to your liking, and let the knife set for 24 hours before you open & close it again. That should keep the pivot screw in it's proper place.

This seems to be pretty common with certain models. Lots of folks use a "removeable" blue LocTite, applied sparingly and then screwed down to the desired setting and left to dry.
I've used the blue LocTite on handgun parts such as front sights and rear sights, where they needed to stay put through heavy recoil, but still be able to be easily removed, replaced, etc.
